This is a reprint of Stanford University Law Professor George E. Osborne’s Handbook. It is an 1,100+ page educational information book ‘reprint’ covers ALL ASPECTS of mortgages and is for ALL those who wish and or need to fully understand the mortgage issue, especially the ‘Process of Discharging the Mortgage’ (which is covered in Chapter 11). Chapter 13 covers Foreclosures. Is it any surprise that we find a whole Chapter devoted to and titled ‘REDEMPTION’! I think not – This original handbook was printed in 1951 folks!
The Handbook On The Law of Mortgages has been ‘denied to the American people’ but now you have an opportunity to obtain a copy for your own personal library and become competent in matters dealing with mortgages. You will gain ACCESS TO THE KNOWLEDGE PREVIOUSLY AVAILABLE ONLY TO MORTGAGE COMPANIES, BANKS AND THEIR LAWYERS.
They have controlled this information and used it to their benefit in the creation of the ‘lien’ initiated by your ‘signature’ wherein YOU created the ‘consideration’ in behalf of your ‘debtor’ to bind you (place in bondage) to the terms of the contract. It has been stated that since your signature created the value of the loan, than it is your signature that discharges the loan, for the mortgage company or bank did not and can not loan their ‘credit’. You loaned them YOURS!
